.... that methi leaves (Vendhaiya keerai in Tamil) is by far the worst among the greens used for cooking and the dish I made of it today is by far my worst!
Why the hell did I buy it?
(Methi leaves are sour in taste... so what ever you add to it also becomes sour)

Dai.. Nee samaikka theriya samaichirukke.. Enkitta fone panni ketirukalm la.. U can make Methi Mutter or Methi paratha... I personally like the taste of Methi (being in Pune for almost a year now!!)..

machee prepare some Curry Leaves (Karivepilai) Thovayal and eat that before this keerai - now yours will be a little better [;)]

@ Mac - Methi Paratha seiyya theriyumaa? Color color a reel vidara! But then I arachi oothified coconut and it became lot better!

dont let my wife hear u say this...she can turn methi into amazing stuff...she makes methi chappati, methi chicken...they are delicious...no, iam not saying it get brownie points...
trust me, iam technically a pure non vegetarian..so to hear something nice abt vegetables from my mouth has to be the truth :)
