Bliss is...

.....to wake up suddenly in the morning and check the time to only find that you have one more hour to sleep.

Priceless!

Demi God!

At this time, you might have guessed that the title goes to none other than Kamal Hasan. Went out to Hartford from Boston to get a view of the actor in 10 roles on the giant screen. Man, wasn't it worth the effort? I would say "YES".

First to the negatives
1. There were 3 or 4 scenes where the graphics was not up to the mark. I mean didn't match up the standard set by the same movie.
2. Some times, in the close-ups, the make up shows
3. The first 15 minutes, the period where he tries to get you in to the scheme of things, is a dampener.
4. Asin in 12th century is just a joke.

Positives:

There is whole lot. As you can see, there are no negatives in the lines of story or the screen play or the bg music or the way songs have been handled. It all fits perfectly in their slots.

THEN THE MAN HIMSELF. Is there some one else who coule pull it off? My god! The elan with which he carries the roles... mind blowing. You cannot really beleive that its one person who is doing all ten of the roles. The body language, the style of each character stands out with a stamp of individuality. Demi god he is! Pick of the characters are Balram Naidu (CBI), Kaif Ullah (Tall guy), Fletcher (CIA). Balram and Ullah have you in splits. Fletcher come through as a stylish villain.

Crazy mohan jumps in with his style in places more than one. The funny interludes are just awesome and runs with the story. Now that's what makes the Crazy-Kamal combo one of the best in business. Screen play is really good. The narration races in front of you and before you could realize its half-time and then the SECOND HALF BETTERS the first half, in every frame.

The CLIMAX FIGHT is a must-watch! How all the 10 characters stick to each other in the narration shows the class. Kamal puts it rightly as "Chaos theory". The ACTION SCENES are very well done and is class apart.

The movie ends with trademark Kamal style "Kadavul illaennu naan eppo sonnaen? Irundhaa nalla irukkumnu dhaan sonnaen" (When I did say that "God does not exist". I only said that it would be good if he exists). The movie would really set some bench marks in areas more than one which would be hard to beat or meet in the near future. The movie is not time warped as well... you can even watch it 10 years down the lane!

Ulaga nayagan rocks!!!!

Some body....

.....save me!

I hate the onsite-offshore model. There should be people dedicated to handle cross-shore communications, one reckons!

Just a rant...nothing serious!
