Like it or Hate it

I like choices... the more they are happier I am.

Probably that's one reason why I prefer Indian restaurants to other cuisines. Being a veggie, other restaurants leave me with little choice. I got to pick that god damned item that is there in the last page of the menu as respite for the veggies.

But people leave you with little choice. They tend to think that since I like one, I hate all others. For long time now, when I have maintained that I am a BIG fan of Kamal Hasan I also like Rajinikanth's movies.

I wonder when people ask me to take one side and tell them who I like.

When you are young, the most use less question you face "N" number of times is "Who do you like the most? Your mom or dad?". A kiddo comes up with some answer... if its mom it doesn't mean the kid hates dad and vice versa.

When it comes to being a fan or admirer why is it only one choice?

Prima facie, I think this is one reason why there is so much of nonsense going around among the fan clubs. All the killings, spats and fights among the fan base just nullifies the joy of entertainment!

BTW, does actor Shaam still enjoy fan base? In a recent interview, he has mentioned that "Antony Yaar" will not disappoint his fans! LOL

Painful

It is such a pain to see our own people chanting "Down with India" and "Long..." the second part doesn't matter at all!

Geelani declares that all Kashmiris are Pakistanis because they are united by Islam and demands freedom!

It is so very painful that they are willing to move away from a country that's slowly but steadily carving a niche for itself and making it economically more viable just on one count... religion. I think they also enjoy the freedom in this country to the extent that they can chant "Down with India"... I do not understand what good would be bestowed upon those people if their wish is to be granted!

I wonder what kind of sadist satisfaction few leaders get out of getting the people to fight with each other and die! I am boycotting news these days! It's way beyond the limits that I could tolerate.

Hope there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Mismatch

I seem to have more invites to different social networking sites in my inbox than the actual number of friends I have.

A mismatch!!!

Apparently, many of us accumulate the same list of friends in Orkut, Yahoo Msgr, GTalk etc. etc. I found this fact extremely amusing...that I have been

1. Chatting
2. Scrapping
3. Calling
4. Offline Messaging
5. Text Messaging
6. Emailing

over and over to the same set of people! Too many modes.. too less the time!

Details...

One wishes that ordering food or drink in the US is not much complicated. Half the time when I order I do not know what the ouput is gonna look like.

Last saturday I, along with my friend, was in DD (Dunkin Donuts). As many of you know, Cappuccino is predominantlythe choice. My friend went for the same and I thought I would experiment some thing different. So I asked for "Espresso with milk" which I spotted some where in the display menu. the quantity was so less... and when asked why...she gave a blank look and said that it is supposed to go with the coffee. It's an ADD-ON!

Thank heavens! No one else was around....

Based on my experiences at ordering stuff, stick to what you know should be the policy I reckon!

Regards...

The greatest way to show regards to Rajini is to NOT write a review of Kuselan!

P.Vasu.... Please retire! Your stupidity is unbearable... (For ex. when the whole crew involving super star comes for a shooting in a village they actually make two different movies a.k.a Annamalai-2 and Chandramukhi-2...how possible????)...
